Nitrile Rubber Extrusions supplied by Advanced Seals and Gaskets Ltd can be supplied in various shore hardness levels and contours. Nitrile Rubber is resistant to Fuels, oils etc but is not resistant to weathering, sunlight and ozone. Advanced Seals and Gaskets Ltd can supply Nitrile Rubber Extrusions in continuous length or cut to specific lengths if required. The higher the Acrylonitrile content in Solid Nitrile Rubber the better resistance to Oil and Fuel but unfortunately elasticity and compression is adversely affected at low temperatures. The lower the Acrylonitrile content results in lower resistance to Oils and Fuel but higher resistance to compression set at low temperatures with better elasticity. A compromise would come in the form of medium Acrylonitrile content that would result in a happy medium between the two opposing realities. Quality of our Nitrile Rubber Extrusions The quality of our Nitrile Rubber Extrusions is controlled by our Quality Management System to ISO 9001.
